Text Message Policy
One of the avenues we use to communicate with parents/guardians and teenagers is through text messaging. Our coaching programs, Development and Development +, deliver videos and coaching guidance and support to Parents/Guardians and the Teenager in 5-6 separate text messages per month.
All of our text messages will contain an opt-out keyword, however, if either the parent/guardian or teenager opts out of text messaging, that person will no longer receive the coaching messages in this manner until they contact us and request an opt in text to re-enter the coaching text message campaign.
Text messaging charges may apply by the end users mobile phone carrier. It is the end user's responsibility to pay those charges.
